New Sikh Community Center

At the northern edge of Phoenix stands this beautiful new Sikh Community Center, tucked right at the base of one of our urban mountains. I spotted it from a freeway one day and knew I had to go back to take pictures. Enlarge it for a better view.

From another photograph of yours, I've been introduced to the diversity of cultures in your city. Don't know why I'm surprised but I am. Our whole world is changing!

We have some really nice Sikh neighbors from Delhi down the street from us! I wonder what the center looks like inside??

This is a lovely shot. Full of warmth, angles, color and texture. Very nice.

I have toured a Sikh temple in New Delhi, but never knew about the Sikh center in Phoenix.

This is so strange and fascinating at the same time! The last architectural style I would expect finding 'in the desert'! :-)

What a beautiful building with the mountain for a backdrop.
