Quilted Auto

This car was on display at the Spanish Market. It is completely covered by a custom-fitting, hand-made quilt. How unusual!

I wonder where they got the material from, kids and artists perhaps?

I wonder what happens when it rains? i bet the car gets worse gas mileage when it is weighted down by a wet quilt.

And how often do they have to wash it?

Love those hubcaps. Does the driver roll the car to a stop to make sure that the duck is right side up?

Not an everyday sighting.

This is a kick! At first I thought it was painted on... either way, such work! Thanks, Sharon!

That is so unique! I've seen a lot of car decorations but nothing like this before. What a great find!
