Chinese New Year

This past weekend was full of events, festivals, and unique photographic opportunities. I started the weekend with a visit to the Chinese Cultural Center where Chinese New Year was being celebrated with parades, music, demonstrations, and food. This martial arts performer was entertaining on the main stage.

The small photo shows one of the dragons used in another performance.

Over the next few days, I’ll highlight some of the other weekend events that kept me busy.

That's a very nice shot with the mural behind.

Very colourful. Chinese NY was too cold here for me to stay around and get photos.
